Delete Account - Coverhub VPN

This page explains how to request deletion of your Coverhub VPN account and related data.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@coverhub.online from the email address linked to your Coverhub VPN account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Coverhub VPN account.
3. Include your account email address and, if available, your VPN username.

What data will be deleted

• Account profile data associated with your Coverhub VPN account
• Subscription data associated with the account, if applicable
• Support-related account references, where deletion is technically and legally possible

What data may be retained

• Technical, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance records that we are required to retain
• Minimal backup records for a limited period where immediate deletion is not technically possible

Retention period

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Limited records that must be retained for legal, security, or billing reasons may be stored longer only for the required period.

Important note

If you signed in using Google, deleting your Coverhub VPN account removes your access to the service, but does not delete your Google account itself.
