Privacy Policy Coverhub VPN
Effective date: 30.10.2024
Coverhub VPN makes your digital privacy its top priority. Our policy is simple: we do not collect data about your online activity, so we cannot hand it over to anyone.
1. Zero Logs Policy
We strictly follow a zero-logs policy. This means we do not record, store, or share:
- Browsing history and visited apps or websites
- Your original IP address
- DNS requests
- Traffic content or message contents
- Session start and end timestamps
2. Data We Collect (Minimum Necessary)
We collect only a limited amount of data required for the app to function:
- Account technical data: user ID or email, strictly for authorization and subscription management
- Aggregated statistics: total amount of transferred data in bytes without linking it to specific actions, to maintain server quality
- Diagnostics (optional): anonymous crash reports without personal data, such as device type and OS version
3. How Data Is Used
The minimum information collected is used only for:
- Providing access to VPN servers (authorization)
- Balancing server load
- User technical support
4. Law Enforcement Requests
We respect the laws of the jurisdictions where we operate. However, because we do not store activity logs or user IP addresses, we are physically unable to provide information linking a specific user to specific online activity, even in response to an official legal request. We cannot disclose what we do not possess.
5. Third-Party Services
For payment processing, we use trusted international providers such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency payment services. Payment data is processed on their side; Coverhub VPN does not have access to your full bank card details.
6. Your Rights
Because we do not store personal data that can identify your online activity, the right to delete browsing history is effectively automatic — the history is simply never recorded. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@coverhub.online.
7. Service Information
Coverhub VPN provides users with access to a virtual private network (VPN). The service is intended to protect internet connections and improve privacy. The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or operation in every country.
8. Registration
Registration and sign-in are carried out on the website using Google auth to manage the user profile and subscription.
